Jessica Clarke
Owner & Master Hair Stylist
Jessica always knew she wanted to create beauty and joy for people as her life’s work, and started working in salons at age 14. She opened her first salon at age 23, and never looked back. With nearly 30 years as a successful entrepreneur cosmetologist and salon owner, she is currently set up in the JW Marriott in Marco Island. She’s so proud of her team!
Bonnie Polega
Master Stylist and Colorist
Bonnie Polega has been a part of the Salon team for over 15 years. She has been in the beauty industry over 30 years and has been Snowbird on Marco Island for almost 20. The other half of her time spent in Michigan has been filled with fun family and her miniature golf course! After many years this last season she sold and is Excited to move into a different phase of her life. Over the years Bonnie has styled and colored many Marco Islanders! Bonnie enjoys her time with family and friends doing a variety of activities both in Michigan and in Florida.
Lynn Jones
Stylist, Professional Makeup Artist, & Colorist
Lynn Jones is an experienced member of The Salon staff getting her start many year ago as a braider by the pool. Among the many characteristics of The Salon, Lynn enjoys the culture of creating individualized beauty while working as a team to provide guests with a rewarding experience. Lynn is proud to represent The Salon with both resort guest and island resident alike. Providing a unique client experience is a cornerstone of her professionalism. In addition, Lynn is avid about training and education allowing her to keep up to date with the latest styles, trends, and techniques. Lynn holds a cosmetology license and is certified to work with many types of extensions including eyelash.
On a personal note: Lynn’s family originates from Australia and south Florida made the ideal home here in the United States. She continues to enjoy her family, traveling, ariel silks and her Belgian Malinois puppy!
Jennifer Rich
Master Stylist and Colorist
Jennifer Rich joined The Salon several years ago. She is a fourth generation cosmetologist. Working in the industry for a span of 30 years. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with her clients and being a good listener to get the ideal look for their hair. Being in the beauty industry, she likes to stay on top of current trends, making sure that when the client sits in her chair they are getting the absolute best service and product knowledge. Jennifer loves to give a beautiful precision haircut, followed by the art of styling.
Jennifer grew up in Minnesota and had the excitement of living on Maui,HI for 3 1/2 years. Now living in South Florida. She finds inspiration in the arts of everyday life.
Jill Scannella
Professional Makeup Artist
Meet our new resident makeup artist, Jill Scannella! Originating from the New York Metropolitan area, she has been a professional makeup artist for more than 25 years, traveling all around the U.S. to work with high profile clients, wedding designers, and professional photographers. Some of her clients include Paula Abdul, the Kushner family, and Ivanka Trump. She previously worked for Lancôme and spent years attending makeup classes in Manhattan. Since the beginning of her career, Jill has devoted her time to protecting her craft and ensuring her clients are always satisfied. Jill enjoys time with her family both far and near! She also enjoys walks on the beach fine dining time with friends and shopping!
